Guilford County citizens can obtain a certified copy of their deeds through the Register of Deeds office for $5 for the 1st page; $2 each additional page. The number of pages in a deed vary, but the average cost for obtaining a deed is usually between $7 to $9.

offices or call the Register of Deeds office at ph. 641-7556.
