Guilford County Information Services has been providing On-Line Applications via the Web for some time. However, please understand that much of the County's data is contained in legacy (mainframe) systems for which WE HAVE LIMITED WEB-BASED TECHNOLOGY IN PLACE AT THIS TIME to allow query and display of the data via a "web only" interface. Currently the Guilford County Register of Deeds and the Guilford County Planning Department have online "web based" applications implemented.

Several very intensive development projects are currently underway to re-design and develop modern, web-based applications that will provide much superior access to County data. In the meantime, please understand that the current "terminal-based," character cell systems can provide the data via our web site, with some preparation of your Personal Computer and some understanding on your part.
